El conflicto armado colombiano ha sido un problema latente en el desarrollo y construcción de Colombia. Las causas y consecuencias dentro del mismo son fluctuantes, pero siempre influenciadas por las decisiones políticas de los actores dentro del Estado.
Los cambios en las coyunturas nacionales han torneado el conflicto en diferentes situaciones enfrentadas entre intereses. Cada uno de los diferentes intentos del Gobierno de llegar a una resolución del conflicto ha dejado lecciones aprendidas que constituyen la base fundamental de las decisiones gubernamentales en pro de la paz.
The Colombian armed conflict has been a latent problem in the development and construction of Colombia. The causes and consequences within it are fluctuating, but always influenced by the political decisions of the actors within the State. Changes in national situations have turned the conflict into different conflicting situations between interests. Each of the different attempts by the Government to reach a resolution to the conflict has left lessons learned that constitute the fundamental basis of government decisions in favor of peace.
