The purpose of this document is to publicize the preliminary results developed within the framework of the research hotbed of the University of La Salle, on the role of women in peacebuilding, a process in which a global, national and regional timeline is built to represent women's activism in geopolitical reality over the course of history, where women have played a predominant role within the scenarios of peacebuilding. A qualitative methodological approach is used, through the analysis of the situation and content, to establish the participation of women in the environment described above. With this work, numerous invisible women are recognized, who play a primary role in the construction of the social fabric.
