Political instability, widespread insecurity, and limited access to essential services due to organized criminal group (OCG) activity, and exposure to natural hazards—including tropical cyclones and earthquakes—continue to drive widespread humanitarian needs in Haiti. Approximately 4.9 million people—nearly half of the country’s total population—likely requires emergency food assistance through June.
