Description
The purpose of this law is the comprehensive protection of personal data recorded in files, registers, data banks, or other technical means of data processing, whether public, or private individuals destined to give reports, to guarantee the right to honor and privacy of individuals, as well as access to the information recorded on them, in accordance with the provisions of article 43, third paragraph of the National Constitution.
