Description
That through the Resolution of the MANAGEMENT OF MINISTERS N ° 580 dated July 28, 2011, “ National Program for Critical Information and Cybersecurity Infrastructures ” ( IIC ) was created within the scope of the NATIONAL OFFICE OF INFORMATION TECHNOLOGIES, with the aim of developing a specific regulatory framework that fosters the identification and protection of strategic and critical infrastructures of the entities and jurisdictions defined in article 8 of Law No 24,156 and its amendments, inter-jurisdictional bodies, and civil and private sector organizations that so require,as well as promoting the cooperation and collaboration of the aforementioned sectors with a view to developing appropriate strategies and structures for coordinated action towards the implementation of the relevant technologies. That the aforementioned measure established, in the same way, that the NATIONAL OFFICE OF INFORMATION TECHNOLOGIES would have, among others, the attribution of dictating the norms that are necessary for the implementation of the created Program.
