Description
That by Decree N ° 577 dated July 28, 2017 the Cybersecurity Committee was created, made up of the MINISTERIES OF DEFENSE AND SECURITY and the then MINISTRY OF MODERNIZATION ( current MODERNIZATION GOVERNMENT SECRETARIAT ), whose functions include “ setting the guidelines and criteria for the definition, identification and protection of National Critical Infrastructures ”, as indicated in subsection e ) of its article 2 °. That by Decree N ° 480 dated July 11, 2019, the composition of the Cybersecurity Committee was expanded, incorporating it into the MINISTERIES OF JUSTICE AND HUMAN RIGHTS and RELATIONSHIPS OUTDOOR AND GUILTY and to the SECRETARIAT OF STRATEGIC AFFAIRS of the MANAGEMENT OF MINISTERS.
