That through Administrative Decision N ° 641/21 a series of guidelines were approved to strengthen the security of the information they receive, produce and administer the entities and jurisdictions of the National Public Sector included in subsection a ) of article 8 ° of Law N ° 24,156 on Financial Administration and Control Systems of the National Public Sector and its amendments. That the aforementioned Administrative Decision contemplates among its guidelines a special section referring to the acquisition, development and maintenance of information systems.
