El posconflicto en Colombia nos presenta un nuevo escenario de retos y desafíos para la seguridad nacional. Tras la salida negociada al conflicto con las FARC-EP, se hace necesario plantear una nueva agenda de temas prioritarios en materia de seguridad, que responda a las nuevas amenazas que nos plantea el sistema internacional. Aquellas nuevas amenazas deben estar acompañadas por una respuesta integral por parte del gobierno que permitan fortalecer la capacidad de acción y reacción del Estado frente a estas dinámicas, para abordar de manera efectiva el impacto de estos fenómenos transnacionales.
The post-conflict in Colombia presents us with a new scenario of challenges and challenges for national security. After the negotiated solution to the conflict with the FARC-EP, it is necessary to propose a new agenda of priority security issues, which responds to the new threats posed by the international system. Those new threats must be accompanied by a comprehensive response by the government to strengthen the State's capacity for action and reaction in the face of these dynamics, to effectively address the impact of these transnational phenomena.
