Event Description
This panel discussion focuses on the substantial changes that the Cuban population is experiencing due to low fertility rates and high emigration rates- with the lowest total fertility rate in Latin America and the Caribbean between 2010 and 2015. Confirmed participants include Dr. Antonio Aja Diaz, Dr. Sergio Diaz- Briquets, and Dr. Carmelo Mesa-Lago.
