Event Description
This lecture by Dr. Jacques Rupnik explores the themes of democratic transitions and their common elements, case studies of democratic transitions as unique occurrences, and the relevance of the Havel "legacy" for today's Cuba. Dr. Rupnik is a visiting scholar at Harvard's Center for European Research as well as director of research at the Centre de Recherches International at Sciences Po, Paris.
