Abstract
On March 19th 2019, Indo-Trinidadian Writer, Lelawattee (Asha) Manoo-Rahming, read her poetry at the Glenn Hubert Library at FIU’s Biscayne Bay campus. Lelawattee Manoo-Rahming, aka Asha, also visited Professor Weir-Soley’s “Caribbean Women Writers” class because the students were studying her poetry collection, Curry Flavor. In addition to the hosts, this video features (in studio) an interview with Tamara Rosseau, a graduate student who was present at the poetry reading and clips from Asha’s readings with poetry and Q & A.
