Description / Descripción
Good will goes a long way, but is usually not sufficient for sustained impactful Change-Making. To get the results you want, you have to use your ‘equipment’ differently. You have to change the rules of the game or even change the game. You become a Game Changer, using Change-Thinking. Research shows that shifts in perception most often lead to shifts in behavior. Change-Thinking is a combination of mindset, tools and strategies that expand perception in ways that contribute to making better decisions and taking more effective action towards desired outcomes. In reality, they lead to more creativity and productivity in less time, all the while enhancing relationships of those involved.
In this session participants will explore, expand and refine their ideas for projects as Change-Makers, using the insights and tools shared. Both individual and group activities will keep the session highly dynamic and interactive.
