About This Journal

FIU Engineering Review is an open-access, peer-reviewed academic publication sponsored by the Engineering Research Society (ERS) at Florida International University. The journal is committed to promoting excellence in engineering research and providing a platform for students, faculty, and professionals to publish high-quality, original work.

The journal welcomes submissions from all engineering disciplines, including but not limited to:

• Civil and Environmental Engineering
• Electrical and Computer Engineering
• Mechanical and Materials Engineering
• Biomedical Engineering
• Computer Science
• Interdisciplinary and Emerging Technologies

Our editorial board is comprised of faculty and student reviewers who ensure that all submissions are evaluated rigorously and fairly. Accepted works include original research articles, technical reports, literature reviews, design projects, and case studies that demonstrate innovation, relevance, and impact in the field of engineering.

FIU Engineering Review publishes on a regular basis and strives to make research accessible and useful for academic, industry, and public audiences alike. All articles are available free of charge and are archived for long-term digital access.
