Description
Established by the Convention for the Conservation and Management of Highly Migratory Fish Stocks in the Western and Central Pacific Ocean, WCPF Convention entered into force on 19 June 2004. WCPF Convention draws on many UN Fish Stock Agreements' provisions whil reflecting special political, socio-economic, geograqphic and environmental characteristics of WCPO region.
