In this article we will analyze how the private business sector has been involved in the framework of the peace process between the government of Juan Manuel Santos and the FARC-EP guerrillas. It exposes the fundamental importance of this sector as a key actor in the construction of peace, its social motivations so that the process achieves greater strength and can be possible; also how this sector has contributed in topics such as: labor insertion, economic contributions and social work; we will examine what their interests are and in which economic and social areas they actively participate. The development of why and how they are involved in the most important aspects of the peace process continues.
