Presenters Bio
Shai Korniansky is a forward-thinking Business Intelligence executive and full-stack data strategist with nearly a decade of experience designing data-driven ecosystems across multinational environments. A Summa Cum Laude graduate of the MBA in Business Analytics program at Florida International University, he specializes in bridging advanced analytics, AI integration, and metadata engineering to drive institutional transparency and scalable digital transformation.
Currently serving as Head of Data & Business Intelligence at Life Wear Technologies and as a Data Assistant at FIU’s GIS Center for Digital Collections, Shai plays a central role in the Central American Transparency Hub. His contributions focus on leveraging natural language processing (NLP), metadata mining, and multilingual archiving to elevate the accessibility, accuracy, and strategic value of open data repositories. Passionate about the ethical use of AI and the future of intelligent information systems, Shai continues to advance the intersection of technology, governance, and societal impact.
Kaydi Rizo holds a Master of International Business from Florida International University. As a data assistant for the Central American Transparency Hub project at the GIS Center for Digital Collections, she works on extracting and managing descriptive metadata for multilingual reports. Her role involves supporting digital archiving workflows, performing quality assurance, and applying natural language processing (NLP) and metadata mining techniques to facilitate integration into institutional repositories. Through this work, Kaydi helps enhance the accessibility, accuracy, and scholarly value of digital archives, contributing to research and transparency efforts in international contexts.
