Resumen
Este escrito reporta un estudio de relato que involucra la relación construida durante una investigación narrativa entre la investigadora y la narradora, una estudiante universitaria perteneciente al programa de Licenciatura en Español y Lenguas Extranjeras, cuya experiencia de vida escolar y académica resulta singular y significativa para entender los encuentros y desencuentros entre las distintas comunidades discursivas que integran los sujetos, las literacidades académicas propias del ámbito universitario y otras formas de construcción de sentido, que hacen parte del universo cultural que suelen dejar atrás profesores y estudiantes al ingresar a la educación superior.
La interpretación del relato se apoya en los planteamientos de Ricoeur sobre la trama narrativa; al mismo tiempo se procuran reflexiones sobre el valor de la narrativa como marco comprensivo para la indagación e interpretación de las prácticas discursivas presentes en las comunidades académicas, las cuales suelen apoyarse fundamentalmente en estructuras textuales argumentativas. En cualquier caso, queda manifiesto el interés por lograr un género discursivo que permita conciliar las convenciones académicas con una alternativa que guarde coherencia con los planteamientos de la metodología narrativa usada para la investigación social y educativa. Asunto difícil, pues de entrada nos regimos por los parámetros habituales de las comunidades académicas imperantes, cuyos miembros en el área de humanidades en algunas ocasiones rehúyen la herencia positivista de construcción de conocimiento, tal vez sin mucho éxito, pues poco pueden hacer cuando se trata de divulgación de saberes, participación y reconocimiento en escenarios acreditados por las autoridades científicas.
Abstract
This article reports a case study that involves the relation built throughout narrative research between the researcher and the narrator. The researcher is an university student belonging to a Bachelor's program in Spanish and Foreign Languages, whose school and academic experience is unique and significant to understand the encounters and disagreements between the different discursive communities, the academic literacies from the university field and other forms of building the meaning, which makes part of the cultural universe that teachers and students leave when they join the university.
The interpretation of the story is based on Ricoeur's approaches to the narrative plot; at the same time, reflections are sought on the value of narrative as a comprehensive framework for the investigation and interpretation of discursive practices present in academic communities, which are usually based mainly on argumentative textual structures. In any case, the interest in achieving a discursive genre that allows to reconcile academic conventions with an alternative that maintains coherence with the approaches of the narrative methodology used for social and Educational Research is evident. Difficult issue, given that at first, we are governed by the usual parameters of the prevailing academic communities, whose members in the area of Humanities sometimes shy away from the positivist heritage of knowledge construction, perhaps without much success, as they can do little when it comes to the dissemination of knowledge, participation and recognition in scenarios accredited by scientific authorities.
