Abstract
This event is a panel discussion that describes the events of Miami during the 1990s, when rafters in Cuba arrived to the Florida Straits and were rescued by a humanitarian group founded by Jose Basulto named Brothers to the Rescue. Part 1 of 2 of the video recording.
