Americas' Network for Chronic Disease Surveillance (AMNET) is a nonprofit, non-governmental organization promoting chronic disease surveillance, knowledge translation, and public health capacity building across North America, Central America, South America, and the Caribbean. AMNET has been supported by the CDC, PAHO, and the Public Health Agencies of Canada and Finland.
