Abstract
Godfrey Vincent’s compelling book provides both critical historical perspective and incisive analysis of an era of trade union organizing and political struggle in Trinidad and Tobago. Within that context, Vincent focuses on the Oilfields Workers Trade Union (OWTU) during the period of the presidency of George Weekes (1921-1995).
