South Florida’s Rising Seas is a documentary co-produced by FIU School of Journalism and Mass Communication professors Kate MacMillin and Juliet Pinto. It appeared on WPBT2 in January 2014 and received the Best Short Documentary award at a DocMiami Sept. 13 for their work that has led to great public discourse related to sea level rise in South Florida.
