Description / Descripción

We explore the use of video feedback (VF) as a method for diminishing the effects of ambiguity and frustration on attitudes and relationships among members of a team during the most conflictive moments of a innovation project.

In this context, our research questions are (i) how could video feedback attenuate the attitudinal and relational effects of ambiguity and frustration among novice members of innovation teams?, (ii) what is the extent to which using a feedback mechanism such as VF would affect the autonomy and technical performance of teams?, and (iii) how do affecting the attitudinal variables through VF could enhance innovation team performance?
